Nel visitare la bellissima Siracusa in vacanza, abbiamo voluto scegliere un prodotto buono (cosi dicono) e street food. A mio grande malincuore devo purtroppo recensire questo locale ad una stella. Partiamo nell'entrare al locale scegliendo un impasto integrale e ci viene detto che non c'è. Ok nessun problema senza fare alcun cenno mi è stato detto che "devono ancora essere raccolti i grani...." una riflessione personale ed immediata improvvisa la mia testa, e gli altri che vendono farina integrale (ristorazione e supermercati)? Vabbè, per questo si sorvola. Ci mancherebbe. Le piadine come letto nel menù sono tutte numerate, scegliamo quindi la numero 17, salame buono ma il piacentino ennese dov'è? Lo zafferano non l'ho assaporato! Ho sentito solo provola... cosi come mia moglie scegliendo la misto formaggi, ha sentito solo provola di bassa qualità. Io poi sono amante del vino, ho chiesto quindi quale vino rosso avevano e mi è stato detto "Principe di Corleone", un eccellenza palermitana. Peccato che quello che ci hanno servito non aveva nemmeno lontanamente l'aroma e l'equilibrio del Principe di Corleone. Sinceramente non ho capito che vino era...Forse siamo arrivati in un momento particolare...che dire. A series of events and behaviors led us to review with a star. In visiting the beautiful Syracuse on vacation, we wanted to choose a good product (so they say) and street food. To my great reluctance, I unfortunately have to review this one-star venue. We start entering the place by choosing a wholemeal dough and we are told that it is not there. Ok no problem without making any mention I was told that "the grains have yet to be collected ...." a personal and immediate reflection suddenly my head, and the others who sell wholemeal flour (restaurants and supermarkets)? Oh well, that's why we fly over. God forbid. The wraps as read in the menu are all numbered, so let's choose number 17, good salami but where is Piacenza Enna? I haven't tasted saffron! I only heard provola ... just like my wife, choosing the mixed cheese, she heard only low quality provola. Then I am a wine lover, so I asked what red wine they had and I was told "Principe di Corleone", an excellence from Palermo. Too bad what they served us didn't even remotely have the aroma and balance of the Prince of Corleone. Honestly, I did not understand what wine it was ... Maybe we arrived at a particular moment ... what to say.

Piadina divina: I vari ingredienti si mixano perfettamente l'uno con l'altro e danno quel gusto che difficilmente ho trovato. Tutti i prodotti usati di alta qualità e a km 0. Prezzi nella norma, non eccessivamente alti (la qualità, che si vede, la paghi, naturalmente) : ho pagato con felicità quella cifra perché siamo usciti soddisfatti e felici di aver conosciuto un nuovo locale. Ritorneremo al più presto e consiglio a tutti. Complimenti a Sandro e sua moglie (suppongo). A pleasant and unexpected surprise since being Syracusan I didn't know the existence of this place. Divine Piadina: The various ingredients mix perfectly with each other and give that taste that I have hardly found. All high quality and 0 km used products. Normal prices, not excessively high (quality, which you can see, you pay for it, of course): I happily paid that amount because we left satisfied and happy to have met a new place . We will be back soon and recommend to everyone. Kudos to Sandro and his wife (I suppose).

Il personale e il ragazzo delle consegne sono stati mooolto gentili e cordiali.. ma sopratutto Puntialissimi !!!!!!!! Infatti sono arrivate calde e in perfette condizioni. Bravi Ragazzi!!? Excellent piadine Take away !! We have already tried different tastes and flavors .. all very good. The staff and the delivery guy were sooo nice and friendly .. but most of all Punctual !!!!!!!! In fact they arrived hot and in perfect condition. Good Guys !! ?

Location non bellissima così come il piccolo gazebo esterno molto approssimativo. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. La risposta del proprietario è tipica di chi non accetta critiche costruttive. Non ho detto che le piadine non sono buone, mah ho notato che quelle elaborate non ti fanno assaporare il gusto della pasta fresca. Poi da che cosa giudica le persone se sono alto locate oh altro? Distinti saluti If you want to taste the flavor of the piadina pasta, avoid getting very elaborate wraps. Location not beautiful as well as the small, very rough outdoor gazebo. Good value for money. The owner's response is typical of those who do not accept constructive criticism. I did not say that the wraps are not good, but I noticed that the elaborate ones do not make you enjoy the taste of fresh pasta. Then what do people judge by if they are tall locate oh other? We also took sides, and they were great as well. Very nice and accommodating owners who helped us customize our first piadinas in English. :-) Definitely recommended and will visit again. :-D
