Locale ospitale e pulitissimo, cucina a faccia vista dove lo chef Massimo cucina e realizza le specialità Romagnole, al bancone all'accoglienza troviamo Laura sempre molto gentile e sorridente, i prezzi onestissimi! Veramente una piadineria da 5 stelle! Quando finalmente la signora si è degnata di venire a chiedere cosa avessi bisogno mi ha fatto presente che c'era almeno da aspettare più di un'ora e che bisognava prenotare prima. A parte la "cortesia" che non c'è stata, Avrei preferito che appena entrata mi fosse stato detto che c'era un'attesa di 1 ora e niente di già pronto (cosa che molte piadinerie fanno) invece di stare in attesa 10 minuti senza nemmeno essere considerata. Per di più la vostra risposta mi è sembrata inopportuna e conferma che non metterò mai più piede lì dentro. E faccio anche presente che bisogna accettare anche le recensioni dove non c'è scritto niente perché a volte non tutte le persone riescono a scrivere subito la recensione. Sarebbe stato molto meglio chiedere solo la motivazione e non considerarlo un attacco personale o per sminuire il locale. Spero che questo parere venga considerato e che venga accolto in modo da poter essere più costruttivi e migliorare il servizio per altri clienti. Apart from the "courtesy" that was not there, I would have preferred that as soon as I entered I was told that there was a wait of 1 hour and nothing ready (which many piadinerie do) instead of waiting 10 minutes without even being considered. Furthermore, your response seemed inappropriate to me and confirms that I will never set foot in there again. And I also point out that you must also accept reviews where nothing is written because sometimes not all people are able to write the review right away. It would have been much better to just ask for the motivation and not consider it a personal attack or to belittle the place. I hope this opinion is considered and accepted so that we can be more constructive and improve service for other customers.

They have a few tables outside, but they are only thought for you to wait for your food and not eat on them. So you can only take away your order. Generally, my family and I order one cassone each and a couple more to share. The most typical one is "Rosso" with tomato and mozzarella, but so tasty in its simplicity. Other typical one are sausage and potatoes, sausage and onion or prosciutto cotto, mushrooms and mozzarella. However, their menu is one of the longest and most creative ones I have ever seen. My favourite is radish, speck and scamorza (cheese). I totally recommend enjoying a couple cassoni after a day at the beach with a nice beer (totally a Moretti or Ichnusa).
