★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza:Sono stato in concessionaria e dopo un ora di attesa trattiamo con il venditore per una "ferrari", visto il prezzo e gli innumerevoli DIFETTI visivi del auto, il venditore con aria di sufficienza ha risposto che qualsiasi cifra al di sotto del richiesto non prendeva in considerazioni,allora volevamo consegnare il biglietto da visita in caso ci fosse stata un ripensamento per la trattativa e con fare sgarbato ha risposto " che a lui non serviva e che non lo avrebbe neanche considerato"
..... Sconsigliatissimo......
 Bad experience: I was in the dealership and after an hour of waiting we negotiate with the seller for a "ferrari", given the price and the countless visual DEFECTS of the car, the seller smugly replied that any amount below the requested did not take into consideration, so we wanted to hand over the business card in case there was an afterthought for the negotiation and rudely replied "that he didn't need it and that he wouldn't even consider it"
..... Not recommended ......

Umberto è, non ho alcun dubbio, una delle persone più attente, gentili e disponibili che ho incontrato acquistando un bene di valore. Percisione, attenzione, fedeltà alle promess. Davvero complimenti, spero di rimanere in contatto anche in futuro e quando passerò di lì mi potrò lustrare gli occhi con gli splendidi esemplari che tiene con cura e amore custoditi nel grande garage !

Non disonesti ma disorganizzati e ritardatari. Titolare bugiardo, maleducato ed arrogante (solo dopo essere stato completamente pagato). Raro esempio di attività dove i dipendenti, che ringrazio di cuore, cercano di riparare i danni del loro capo. L'auto è stata consegnata, funziona, è ok.
Non ci torneremo.

Not dishonest but disorganized and laggards. Liar, rude and arrogant owner (only after being fully paid). A rare example of an activity where employees, whom I sincerely thank, try to repair the damage of their boss. The car has been delivered, it runs, it's ok.
We will not go back.

Siamo venuti da Roma per prendere la macchina nuova di mio padre, Umberto c’è l’ha venduta per telefono nonostante le molteplici richieste che gli fossero arrivate. La macchina è stupenda e tenuta molto bene, anche se ha piccoli difettucci classici di una macchina usata. Nonostante tutto siamo molto soddisfatti, e per chi è appassionato di macchine è un piacere anche solo fare un giro nel concessionario, visto l’assortimento di supercar disponibili. Se ne avessi di nuovo il bisogno, riacquisterei da lui.

Umberto, mi ha spiegato, capito, consigliato ed accontentato nella scelta dell'auto che desideravo da tempo. Ha valutato il mio usato secondo le mie aspettative e mi ha fatto trovare l' auto che ho acquistato in perfette condizioni, pulita e in ordine sia dentro che fuori. Piacenza auto ed il suo staff mi ha offerto un servizio che ha soddisfatto a pieno le mie aspettative per questo ho valutato con le 5 stelle.
Al giorno d'oggi non è facile trovare serietà e competenza... Io in questa concessionaria le ho trovate. Consigliatissimo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato da qualche mese una Porsche Boxster di provenienza tedesca e a mente serena volevo complimentarmi con Umberto e il suo staff per come ha gestito la trattativa, la vendita e il post vendita. La macchina è arrivata in condizioni eccellenti, come mi era stato promesso in fase di trattativa, con un eccellente Service, km e tagliandi certificati. Aveva solo un piccolissimo e irrilevante graffio di due centimetri su un parafango che Umberto mi ha correttamente fatto notare, rendendosi subito disponibile a risolvere il disguido, graffio che io non avrei neanche notato...anche qui sottlineo la serietà del Concessionario che consiglio vivamente di visitare.
I purchased a few months ago a Porsche Boxster German origin and a calm mind I wanted to compliment Umberto and his staff the way he handled the negotiations, the sale and after sale. The car arrived in excellent condition, as I had been promised under negotiation, with excellent service, and certified coupons km.
