Purtroppo succede che qualcosa vada storto e nella fattispecie mi hanno rovinato il parquet. Mi hanno chiesto di saldare l'importo che poi l'assicurazione avrebbe preso in carico la riparazione del danno. Dopo 7 mesi non ho ancora ricevuto una risposta se non push back. Delusione totale.
They installed a new french door. Positive experience, kind people and competent installers. Unfortunately it happens that something goes wrong and in this case they have ruined the parquet. They asked me to pay the amount that the insurance company would take charge of to repair the damage. After 7 months, I still haven't received a reply except push back. Total disappointment.
