I titolari da sempre presenti in negozio per consigliare al meglio e risolvere qualsiasi problematica. Decisamente consigliato. Molto preparate le commesse del reparto bambini!
 Shoe shop for men, women and children. Very well stocked and presence of well-known and unknown brands. Staff very kind. The owners have always been present in the shop to give the best advice and solve any problem. Definitely recommended. The orders of the children's department are very well prepared!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono anni che ci serviamo in questo negozio. Nulla da dire sulla vasta scelta di varie marche, per tutti i gusti e tutta la famiglia. Purtroppo, ahimè, l'ultima volta sono entrata in tenuta ginnica, e ho avuto l'immenso piacere di provare direttamente su di me l'arroganza della proprietaria (la quale mi ha liquidita con maleducazione e "disprezzo" mentre provavo un paio di scarpe... direi anche abbastanza care). Non ci sono più entrata, non credo che ci entrerò mai più. Se è bastato vedermi come ero vestita per essere giudicata, credo che valgono veramente poco.
We've been serving in this shop for years. Nothing to say about the wide choice of various brands, for all tastes and the whole family. Unfortunately, alas, the last time I entered the gymnastic outfit, and I had the immense pleasure of feeling directly on me the arrogance of the owner (who liquidated me with rudeness and "contempt" while I was trying on a pair of shoes ... I would also say quite expensive). I haven't entered it anymore, I don't think I'll ever enter it again. If it was enough to see me how I was dressed to be judged, I think they are worth very little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cortese e soprattutto che non ti "pressa" all'acquisto e ti lascia libero di vedere ciò che è in esposizione. Non ho visto però un grande assortimento nel reparto "uomo" , probabilmente dovuto alla minore produzione di modelli da parte dei calzaturifici.
Courteous staff and above all who do not "press" you to purchase and leave you free to see what is on display. However, I did not see a large assortment in the "men's" department, probably due to the lower production of models by the shoe factories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovi calzature x ogni occasione, per adulti e piccini, prezzi medio alti però ci sono occasioni dove uno potrebbe fare l affare. Il locale è spazioso e pulito su due piani e seminterrato. Il personale gentile e sempre a disposizione.
You can find footwear for every occasion, for adults and children, medium-high prices, but there are occasions where one could do the bargain. The restaurant is spacious and clean on two floors and a basement. The friendly staff is always available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leader a Massa in ambito scarpe fino a qualche anno fa, poi un peggioramento nel servizio, nel trattamento della clientela, nell'assortimento e nella qualità deegli articoli proposti che mai avrei pensato. Io capisco che internet abbia intaccato gli affari dei negozi fisici, però, se come mi è accaduto qualche anno fa e come mi sta di nuovo accadendo oggi, acquisto un paio di stivali tra i pochi proposti, e dopo due mesi si scollano già le suole...beh, direi che scegliere di rivolgermi ad Amazon, Zalando o altri negozi non fisici sia l'unica scelta possibile. Dopo una brutta esperienza qualche tempo fa avevo deciso di dare a Pierre un'altra chance, ma è evidente che questa fosse l'ultima.

I understand that the internet has affected the business of physical stores, however, if, as it happened to me a few years ago and as it is happening to me again today, I buy a pair of boots among the few proposed, and after two months the soles are already unglued. ... well, I would say that choosing to go to Amazon, Zalando or other non-physical stores is the only possible choice. After a bad experience some time ago I decided to give Pierre another chance, but it is clear that this was the last.
