 Paid 100 euros to advise me resonance and radiography and after 20 days from delivery of results rx and rm not even a telephone contact. Congratulations ! bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poliambulatorio privato, difficile dare un giudizio generale. Il personale alla reception è gentile, la sala d'attesa grande e pulita. Ci sono distributori automatici di caffè e snack.
Private clinic, difficult to give a general judgment. The reception staff are friendly, the waiting room large and clean. There are coffee and snack vending machines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro che vanta più di 20 consulenze mediche specialistiche (ortopedia fra tutte) oltre allo spazio della fisioterapia. Presente una piscina riscaldata dove poter fare riabilitazione, ginnastica in acqua o acquaticita' per neonati e bimbi fino a tre anni. Personale cordiale e gentile. Presente anche la specialità di Fisio Pilates.
Center that boasts more than 20 specialist medical consultations (orthopedics among all) in addition to the area of physiotherapy. Present a heated swimming pool where you can do rehabilitation, water gymnastics or aquatics for babies and children up to three years. Friendly and polite staff. Also present is the Physio Pilates specialty.

Ma con tutto quello che paghiamo non mi sembra giusto..per il ritiro referto :non c'era nessuno che mi potesse dare una spiegazione .... visto che non tutti siamo medici mi sono dovuto rivolgere a unaltro medico per farmi spiegare....assurdo
After booking an appointment at 4.15 pm I had to wait until 5.00 pm ... But with everything we pay it doesn't seem right ... for the withdrawal of the report: there was no one who could give me an explanation .... since we are all doctors I had to go to another doctor to explain .... absurd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho eseguito una visita un anno fa con unisalute. Quando sono tornata a fare un controllo quest'anno, mi è stato detto che dovevo pagare la prestazione precedente per intero ( non mi avevano fatto pagare la franchigia di 20 € che neanche mi avevano chiesto). Davvero assurdo!!
Mai più in questa struttura!!
I made a visit a year ago with unisalute. When I went back for a check this year, I was told that I had to pay the previous service in full (they didn't charge me the € 20 deductible they didn't even ask for). Really absurd !!
Never again at this property !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quello che mi ha piacevolmente colpito è la gentilezza dello staff, a partire dalle ragazze in reception che sono deliziose con tutti, mai sgarbate e sempre molto pazienti. Ho effettuato una visita col Dottor Bricchi e anche lui gentilissimo e molto paziente e cordiale. Consiglio il centro!
What has pleasantly struck me is the kindness of the staff, starting with the girls at the reception who are delightful to everyone, never rude and always very patient. I made a visit with Doctor Bricchi and he too was very kind and very patient and friendly. I recommend the center!
