★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona che si ha presentato come titolare il 16/03/2019 secondo me non ha idea di cosa significa customer service,le buone maniere e la attitudine positiva.Il suo comportamento sembra a un dilettante in relazione con I clienti.Anche se e il titolare una persona cosi non dovrebbe lavorare nella palestra per la buona reputazione.Piu di 90% clienti vanno nella palestra per acoglienza,personale positivo soridente che e pronto a aiutarti risolvere qualsiasi problema,darti consigli in un modo molto gentile.Mai piu in quella palestra
The person who presented himself as owner on 16/03/2019 according to me has no idea what it means customer service, good manners and positive attitude. His behavior seems to an amateur in relation with the customers. Even if and the owner a person so should not work in the gym for good reputation.Piu 90% customers go to the gym for reception, positive staff who is willing to help you solve any problem, give you advice in a very kind way.But more in that gym

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica senza reception. Se vuoi fare un giornaliero o vuoi iscriverti per tutto l'anno devi chiamare, aspettare al freddo mezz'ora che il proprietario venga e allora se lui vorrà potrai entrare.
Sgarbato. L'ignoranza fa da padrona. Pessimi. Andate altrove ad allenarvi. Fidatevi.
Sunday without reception. If you want to do a day or you want to sign up for the whole year you have to call, wait in the cold half an hour for the owner to come and then if he wants you can enter.
Rude. Ignorance is the master. Bad. Go elsewhere to train. Trust me.
