★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando entro nel centro Phyl la mente si calma, i problemi e le preoccupazioni svaniscono ed un senso di pace e di fiducia prende il sopravvento. Le meditazioni sono spiegate con un linguaggio semplice e chiaro, con parole che ti entrano dentro e serata dopo serata si radicano ed acquisiscono significati sempre più profondi. E che dire dei corsi? Uno più bello dell'altro, per usare una terminologia semplice. É come un grande puzzle che viene completato tassello dopo tassello. Grazie, grazie.
When I enter the Phyl center the mind calms down, the problems and worries fade away and a sense of peace and confidence takes over. The meditations are explained in a simple and clear language, with words that get inside you and night after night they become rooted and acquire ever deeper meanings. And what about the courses? One more beautiful than the other, to use simple terminology. It's like a big puzzle that is completed piece by piece. Thank you thank you.
