M	Marmo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante le vacanze di questa estate nella magica Torre dell'Orso mi sono imbattuto in questo tempio del gusto ubicato sul corso che porta ai Giardini Del Sole, a pochi passi dalla piazza centrale. Sono stato subito accolto con gentilezza e professionalità dalla proprietaria che ha saputo consigliarmi su una vasta scelta di prodotti. Il negozio è fornito di tutte le specialità salentine: pasta, taralli artigianali, vino, all'olio extravergine di oliva, friselle, liquori ma anche calamite, terrine realizzate a mano da artigiani del posto e confezioni regalo. Penso proprio di ritornare quanto prima in questa magnifica località di mare e il negozio Phulia sarà tappa obbligata. Consigliatissimo. During the holidays this summer in the magical Torre dell'Orso I came across this temple of taste located on the street that leads to the Giardini Del Sole, a few steps from the central square. I was immediately greeted with kindness and professionalism by the owner who was able to advise me on a wide range of products. The shop is stocked with all the Salento specialties: pasta, artisan taralli, wine, extra virgin olive oil, friselle, liqueurs but also magnets, terrines handmade by local artisans and gift boxes. I think I will return as soon as possible to this magnificent seaside resort and the Phulia shop will be a must. Highly recommended.

In un ambiente semplice ma allo stesso tempo curato nei minimi dettagli e gestito da personale sempre gentile e disponibile, si trova un vasto assortimento di prodotti pugliesi, dai fantastici taralli artigianali dolci e salati, ai diversi formati di pasta tipica salentina, dalle ottime spezie alle prelibatezze sott'olio. Nella grande varietà dei prodotti proposti anche dello squisito olio extravergine di oliva e un' eccellente e ricercata selezione di vini, birra e creme liquorose. Molto interessante anche la parte dedicata all'oggettistica, con graziose terrine e coloratissime calamite. Consiglio vivamente di fare un salto da Phulia, una delizia per gli occhi e per il palato! In a simple environment but at the same time with attention to the smallest details and managed by always kind and helpful staff, there is a vast assortment of Apulian products, from the fantastic sweet and savory artisan taralli, to the different shapes of typical Salento pasta, from excellent spices to delicacies in oil. In the great variety of products offered there is also the exquisite extra virgin olive oil and an excellent and refined selection of wines, beer and liqueur creams. The part dedicated to objects is also very interesting, with pretty terrines and colorful magnets. I highly recommend visiting Phulia, a delight for the eyes and the palate!

Taralli di ogni genere sia nel salato che nel dolce, vini ottimi, per non parlare dell'olio. Molto gradevole anche l'allestimento, sia esterno che interno. Quest 'anno grande varietà di liquori, creme liquorose, birre artigianali davvero interessanti. Ho trovato molto gusto nelle confezioni regalo, x tutti i budget e molto belle da vedere, infatti ne ho acquistate parecchie! Lo consiglio vivamente. La ragazza ci ha venduto una birra fatta anche con olive, prima al mondo... quando l'assaggeró vi saprò dire. Reparto vini invece, offre poca, pochissima scelta. Peccato. Comunque, lo consiglio. Ho comprato dell'olio bio con rapporto qualità prezzo mai visto prima. Menzione speciale alle conserve a km 0 di pomodori secchi. La commessa é gentile e sorridente (il sorriso si notava anche con la mascherina indossata). Il locale é piccolino ma vende gran parte dei prodotti tipici del pugliesi. I taralli ci sono per tutti i gusti... Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo My first experience in Salento was in Torre dell'Orso. Over the course I saw this shop and went inside. The saleswoman is kind and smiling (the smile was noticeable even with the mask on). The place is small but sells most of the typical products of Puglia. The taralli are there for all tastes ... Excellent value for money
