★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato questa mattina per la prima volta poiché dovevo stampare urgentemente dei documenti. 4 pagine, stampate in bianco e nero pagate 2 euro e 90 centesimi. Mancava soltanto il passamontagna!
I went in this morning for the first time as I had to print documents urgently. 4 pages, printed in black and white, pay 2 euros and 90 cents. Only the balaclava was missing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridicoli è dire poco.. premessa in questa recensione parlerò soltanto del servizio stampa. Mi sono recata nel negozio per stampare due file, un illustrazione e un buono regalo personalizzato. All’entrata mi accolgono due signori, chiedo di poter stampare i file e chiedo se non è un problema se, invece della pennetta invio i file via email. Siamo nel 2018, anche mio nonno ha un computer e ha addirittura un e-mail. Comunque i signori al sentirmi dire che dovevo inviarla via e-mail mi chiedono un sovrapprezzo di 2 euro e 90 perche l’e-mail sarebbe arrivata sul computer che loro hanno comprato! A dir poco imbarazzante.
Ridiculous is an understatement .. premise in this review I will only talk about the press service. I went to the shop to print two files, an illustration and a personalized gift card. Two gentlemen welcome me at the entrance, I ask to be able to print the files and ask if it is not a problem if, instead of the pen, I send the files via email. We are in 2018, my grandfather also has a computer and even has an e-mail. However, when I was told that I had to send it by e-mail, the gentlemen ask me for a surcharge of € 2 and 90 because the e-mail would have arrived on the computer they bought! Embarrassing to say the least.
