Ho richiesto innumerevoli volte di ritirare l'obiettivo in garanzia per una riparazione. Dopo sette mesi ancora non è accaduto nulla. Rispondono al telefono, ma non mandano il corriere. Una vergogna.

I have requested countless times to collect the lens under warranty for repair. After seven months nothing has happened yet. They answer the phone, but they don't send the courier. A shame.

Sta a voi scegliere un prezzo competitivo per un prodotto comunque nuovo, ma senza garanzia, oppure pagare alcune centinaia di euro (a volte anche 500-600) in più e avere anche la garanzia.

It is up to you to choose a competitive price for a product that is still new, but without a guarantee, or to pay a few hundred euros (sometimes even 500-600) more and also have the guarantee.
