★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno stampato le foto della misura sbagliata, invece che ristamparmele mi hanno dato un bisturi "chirurgico" che taglia meno delle forbici dalla punta arrotondata di Giovanni Muciaccia e che mi ha rovinato la foto. Una perdita di tempo e di soldi.
They printed the photos of the wrong size, instead of reprinting them they gave me a "surgical" scalpel that cuts less than Giovanni Muciaccia's rounded-tip scissors and that ruined my photo. A waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non conosciamo gli estremi della conversazione avvenuta da Photo Parsani con il Signor Andrea Dalla Rosa , tuttavia ci sentiamo in dovere di precisare che in ogni laboratorio le foto si stampano con qualche millimetro di eccedenza proprio per far si che un'eventuale messa in cornice non sia mancante di alcun millimetro così da non far vedere il suo fondo. A conferma di ciò precisiamo che i formati standard sono: 10,2x15,3 cm / 15,2x21 cm / 20,3x30,5 cm / 30,5x45,5 cm ecc. Siamo altresì testimoni della correttezza di Photo Parsani con cui abbiamo una collaborazione ottimale da decenni.
We do not know the details of the conversation that took place by Photo Parsani with Mr. Andrea Dalla Rosa, however we feel obliged to point out that in every laboratory the photos are printed with a few millimeters of excess precisely to ensure that any framing is not missing by some millimeter so as not to show its bottom. Essendo del settore posso garantire che 2 mm è il minimo tollerabile. Ci sono misure prestabilite e non modificabili in ambito professionale. I proprietari le hanno indicato come procedere dandole anche un bisturi. Strumento di precisione. Mi viene da pensare che non sia stato in grado lei di adattare le fotografie di 2 mm più grandi alle sue cornici. Facile dare le colpe agli altri quando non si è in grado di fare le cose.
