Dicono di offrire la possibilità di inviare le foto da stampare in modo da farle trovare pronto quando si va a ritirarle: ci ho provato 5 volte ma ogni volta non erano MAI pronte e ho sempre dovuto aspettare. Sono scortesi e danno risposte approssimative e maleducate. Non hanno una connessione Wi-fi quindi se avete delle foto sul telefono e non potete inviargliele tramite internet, problema vostro (tramite bluethoot? Non si può fare. Se collego il telefono con il cavo? Eh troppo complicato chissà quante foto ha sul telefono. Vada da pans che hanno la rete Wi-Fi..... ah ok). Sono lenti e strafottenti. Una volta ho chiesto che mi stampassero una decina di foto nel formato classico 10x15 per metterle in una cornice. Quando sono andata a prenderle mi è stato detto "le abbiamo stampate più grandi ma le facciamo pagare come se fossero piccole, è contenta?"; alla mia spiegazione che non andava bene il formato che mi volevano rifilare perché avevano sbagliato a premere il tasto sul computer pretendendo pure di avere ragione, la persona che mi stava servendo ha assunto un tono seccato. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente nella media. Chissene frega che siete sotto casa, preferisco fare due metri in più ma essere cliente di qualcuno che merita. Really bad. When I went to pick them up I was told "we printed them bigger but we charge them as if they were small, is she happy?"; to my explanation that the format that they wanted me to trim because I had wrong to press the key on the computer pretending also to be right was wrong, the person who was serving me took on an annoyed tone. Value for money absolutely average. Who knows who cares that you are under the house, I prefer to do two more meters but be a client of someone who deserves.
G	Giacomo Cecchini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiedo di avere le foto in formato 4,5x3,5 cm, faccio presente che il formato e' molto importante perche' mi serve per un documento per l'estero: ne avessero azzeccata una. Me ne servono 2 ma ne fanno comunque 4 - per 10 EUR. Due sono tagliate cosi' storte che sembrano trapezi, invece che rettangoli. Devastante. I ask to have the photos in 4.5x3.5 cm format, I would like to point out that the format is very important because I need it for a document for abroad: they had one right. I need 2 but still make 4 - for 10 EUR. Two are cut so crooked that they look like trapezes, rather than rectangles. Devastating.
