Sono venuto a ritirare un pacco del quale ups non mi aggiornava, sono venuto a chiedere al personale se fosse presente il pacco nonostante non mi fosse arrivato il messaggio del fatto che non fosse spedito e il personale si é permesso di URLARMI dicendomi che nn avesse il pacco

I came to collect a package which ups did not update me, I came to ask the staff if the package was present even though I hadn't received the message that it was not sent and the staff took the liberty of yelling at me telling me that it didn't have the package

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Photo online risulta essere un punto ritiro ups. Vengo a depositare un collo, pago 20 cent per la stampa della lettera di vettura ma il proprietario si rifiuta di darmi due strisce di scotch per attaccare la lettera al collo. Sono dovuta venire via senza poter spedire. Mai più!!!
Photo online is an ups collection point. I come to deposit a package, I pay 20 cents for the printing of the waybill but the owner refuses to give me two strips of scotch tape to stick the letter around the neck. I had to leave without being able to ship. Never again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata a ritirare un pacco che UPS aveva lasciato nel negozio a nome del mio ragazzo. Il proprietario ha urlato di poter non poter consegnare il pacco senza darmi una soluzione con modi molto sgarbati (una semplice delega). Mai più.
I went to pick up a package that UPS had left in the store in my boyfriend's name. The owner screamed that he could not deliver the package without giving me a very rude solution (a simple proxy). Never again.
