Non solo mi ha fatto un buonissimo lavoro sul PC portatile ma ha anche corretto e rimediato ad un errore del precedente tecnico che aveva aggiustato il PC!

Avevo un problema ad un iphone che mi hanno smontato in 30 minuti per capire dove intervenire.
Risultato? Schermo da cambiare, tempo di intervento programmato: 1 ora.
Ritorno a negozio e scopro che invece di cambiare lo schermo ha provato un intervento comunque risolutivo ma che richiedeva maggior lavoro per lui ed un costo minore per me.
Cosa chiedere di più di un intervento fatto da mani esperte e con l’intenzione di trovare la soluzione migliore e più economica per il cliente?
Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.

I had a problem with an iphone that they took me apart in 30 minutes to understand where to intervene.
Result? Screen to be changed, programmed intervention time: 1 hour.
I go back to the shop and I discover that instead of changing the screen he tried an intervention that was still decisive but that required more work for him and a lower cost for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il cell per cambiare il vetro rotto venerdì e domenica mattina ho notato che il vetro sostituito era rotto nuovamente. Il cell non è caduto sabato e cmq avevo rimesso il vetro finto sopra. Ho pensato che magari il vetro potesse essere difettato e che dal difetto si sia allargata la crepa e invece l'unica cosa che mi sono sentito dire era che sicuramente mi era caduto e che la garanzia non passa queste cose. L'atteggiamento di tirarsene subito fuori da parte del proprietario non mi è piaciuto assolutamente perché cmq non è stato minimamente considerato il fatto di un eventuale difetto. Mi è stata data una spiegazione tecnica che chiaramente ti frega perché non si può ribattere con cognizione di causa se non si è ferrati in materia. La professionalità di gestire la cosa, dato che è accaduta a distanza di 24h, non mi è proprio arrivata. Un escamotage si trova sempre per accontentate un cliente..se si vuole..

I thought that maybe the glass could be defective and that the crack has widened from the defect and instead the only thing I heard was that I certainly had fallen and that the guarantee does not pass these things. I did not like the attitude of the owner immediately to get out of it because anyway the fact of a possible defect was not in the least considered. I was given a technical explanation that you clearly don't care because you can't argue with knowledge of the facts if you are not well versed in the matter. The professionalism of managing it, given that it happened after 24 hours, just didn't come to me. A trick is always found to please a customer .. if you want ..
