Ottima sala macchine, molto ben attrezzata.
Lo Staff è molto numeroso, cordiale e simpatico, sempre pronto a seguirti durante lo svolgimento degli esercizi.
Se se ne ha bisogno si può chiedere una scheda degli esercizi e un piano alimentare da svolgere.
Orari di apertura molto flessibili, apparte la domenica è aperta quasi tutto il giorno.
Consiglio a tutti di venire a visitare la palestra e di provarla almeno qualche volta!
Sicuramente una delle migliori a Milazzo.
 Excellent gym, well equipped and has many courses, which are constantly updated.
Excellent engine room, very well equipped.
The staff is very numerous, friendly and nice, always ready to follow you during the exercises.
If you need it you can ask for an exercise sheet and a food plan to carry out.
Very flexible opening hours, apart from Sunday it is open almost all day.
I recommend everyone to come and visit the gym and try it at least a few times!
Certainly one of the best in Milazzo.

Great gym with a noble wooden floor that you are not used to as a German from Germany. I was very happy to train here. A greeting goes to Salvatore and his colleagues! ?
