★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person in charge to give info is very good and kind guy.....but what you see on the official web of Philippines is exactly opposite. So, in the end you really need to go to the Embassy to request what you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a quite small office and is not well maintained yet functional. It is always crowded so you must arrive early in the morning (they open at 8:30) to be able to make it for the release of documents you requested in the afternoon. The staff are kind and are readily available to answer all your questions and at the same time patient in explaining the instructions. One thing that I appreciated the most was their consideration as to where you come from. We drove 2 hours to get to the embassy as we live 130 kms from Rome and normally, they release the document that I specifically requested after two days from the date of request but in my case, they released it the very same day and earlier than the releasing time indicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable..Easy and fast transaction, and accomodating staff. I would suggest that they must add more slot for those who want to make an online appointment specially for passport renewals. Their telephone lines are always busy and its hard to reach them through call.
