Sono fra i migliori antiquari del nord Italia e antiquari è sicuramente riduttivo per le loro capacità!
They are among the best antique dealers in northern Italy and antique dealers are certainly reductive for their abilities!

Antonio, the co-owner of Phidias Antiques, defrauded me to the tune of $10,000! He sold me a First French Empire clock, which he claimed was in excellent condition, that turned out to be a piece of junk. In fact, he had patched the bronze pieces of this clock together using glue, in the process ruining the mercury gilding, so that he could photograph it for his website and pass it off as a high quality antique. The clock arrived in pieces, with parts of the bronze twisted irreperably, due to his slipshod packing. The clockworks are also hopelessly damaged and likely beyond repair. Antonio has refused to make reparation for concealing the severely damaged state of the clock (which, in my opinion, constituted fraud!) or his unprofessional packing that significantly exacerbated this pre-existing damage! PHIDIAS ANTIQUES IS A DISHONEST GALLERY, PEDDLING DAMAGED OR MISREPRESENTED GOODS! ITS OWNERS ARE AMATEURISH AND BEREFT OF INTEGRITY! BUYERS BEWARE!
