Chiedo la disponibilità di un prodotto pediatrico, dando le relative specifiche e loro mi confermano che posso passare a prenderlo all'orario di apertura. Parto da casa, distanza 30 km circa e all'arrivo in farmacia... il prodotto con la specifica richiesta non era disponibile. Visto che è l'unica di turno alla quale rivolgersi, sconsiglio caldamente di fare affidamento alla loro competenza, soprattutto se si tratta di richieste particolari!!!
Unfortunately I cannot confirm the positive reviews. I find myself calling the pharmacy on a public holiday, since it was the only one on duty. I ask for the availability of a pediatric product, giving the relative specifications and they confirm that I can pick it up at opening hours. I leave home, about 30 km away and on arrival at the pharmacy ... the product with the specific request was not available. Since it is the only one on duty to turn to, I strongly advise against relying on their expertise, especially when it comes to special requests !!!
