F	Floriana Mina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado da anni ad acquistare in questa farmacia. Oggi sono stata accusata ingiustamente di furto e trattenuta per 30 minuti senza alcuna valida motivazione. Capisco che stessero solo facendo il loro lavoro di controllo, ma tutte e 3 le farmaciste mi hanno trattata con insolenza e cattiveria. Ho accompagnato lì una mia amica a comprare una crema in quanto aveva un problema e l’ha pagata ben 18€, ma a quanto pare ero lo stesso ‘sospetta’. Non ci torneró I have been going shopping in this pharmacy for years. Today I was wrongly accused of theft and held for 30 minutes without any valid reason. I understand they were just doing their control work, but all 3 pharmacists treated me with insolence and nastiness. I accompanied a friend of mine there to buy a cream because she had a problem and she paid a good 18 € for it, but apparently I was still 'suspicious'. I will not go back
p	posta imposta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è stato venduto il 2/7/21 un farmaco da banco (fenistil) con data di scadenza 10/2021, tenendo conto che: "fenistil" in goccioline e capsule può essere conservato per 5 anni dalla data di rilascio, e 2 anni dopo l'apertura, il giorno dopo sono tornato per sostituirlo, ma la risposta è stata: 1.Che si erano già lamentati con il fornitore(quindi sapevano della scadenza imminente) 2.Che non lo potevano ne sostituire ne rimborsare 3.Che dopo l'apertura sarebbe durato un mese. Essere gentili a volte non basta. I was sold on 2/7/21 an over-the-counter drug (fenistil) with expiration date 10/2021, taking into account that: "fenistil" in droplets and capsules can be stored for 5 years from the date of release, and 2 years after opening, the next day I came back to replace it, but the answer was: 1. that they had already complained to the supplier (so they knew about the impending expiry) 2. that they could neither replace nor refund 3. that later the opening would take a month. Being kind is sometimes not enough.

Una volta mi hanno dato un orario e per colpa dei loro fornitori sono dovuto passare più volte, l’ultima volta ho ordinato una crema, mi hanno detto di passare il giorno dopo, per poi dirmi quando sono passato che “è mancante” e farmi fare un giro a vuoto senza possibilità di ordinarla. Da presa in giro allora la chiamata per ordinare. Con questi presupposti la sconsiglio. Not enough, especially if you want to order products. Si trovano tutte le medicine e molti prodotti estetici OTTIMI . Ho avuto Modo di provare integratori per capelli quelli che fanno loro, e mi sono davvero trovata bene . Le dottoresse sono di una gentilezza disarmante. Sorridenti e molto disponibile. I am very happy in this pharmacy. I buy everything from them. I had also booked the vaccine. You can find all the medicines and many GREAT cosmetic products. I got to try hair supplements they make, and I really enjoyed it. The doctors are of a disarming kindness. Happy smiling and very helpful.

È consigliabile non vendere medicinali con scadenza breve, soprattutto se sono quelli che non usi proprio così spesso (comprati fine febbraio,scadenza aprile). Sicuramente non andrò più in questa farmacia. I have to review this pharmacy again, this time negatively. It is advisable not to sell short-term medicines, especially if they are the ones you don't use very often (bought at the end of February, expiring in April). I will definitely not go to this pharmacy again.

Ogni volta che ordino un prodotto nel giro di poche ore posso averlo a disposizione. Quando il lavoro viene svolto con dedizione i risultati si vedono. Grazie di tutto. I've been a client for 36 years, if I remember correctly, Dr. Marco's parents were still working. All the staff very kind and efficient.
