★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato un tampone da Ancona il 12 agosto per poter entrare a Gardaland, ci danno data ed ora 23 agosto ore 14, arriviamo e stavano mandando via due persone che si erano prenotate per un tampone dicendo che non c'era nessuna prenotazione, stessa cosa hanno fatto con noi dicendo che non potevano risalire a chi aveva ricevuto la telefonata perché sono in tanti a lavorare lì. Professionalità inesistente, ci hanno creato un danno grande perché ora non sappiamo più come fare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia farmacia da sempre, mai un problema, tutti sempre gentilissimi, questa sera ( ore 19.10) ho chiesto un antidolorifico per mio figlio, hanno avuto un atteggiamento molto altezzoso e spocchioso. Mi spiace, però non ci si comporta così. Sono rimasta stupefatta, attonita difronte a così tanta saccenza, di solito mi spiegano e sono molto gentili e esaustivi.

Nella foto è per terra ma 1 secondo prima era sopra il mobile che vedete sulla dx.. Aggiunta foto con il gatto sopra.. Haha
Ok the service and the wide availability of products. Let's say that the big cat above the calti and above the products is not exactly the best in this environment, I would avoid ..... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in farmacia per comprare un collirio e per chiedere informazioni riguardo la prenotazione di un tampone Covid..
Avevo il ricordo di quando vivevo a Valeggio di un proprietario estremamente gentile e disponibile nei confronti dei clienti, con mia grande sorpresa ho trovato una commessa, probabilmente Dottoressa, a parte impreparata sull'informazione chiesta, scortese, altezzosa e sicuramente poco professionale!
Non so il suo nome perché non aveva nessuna identificazione.. mora con gli occhiali e con un accento non Valeggiano.
Avrei voluto consigliarle di cambiare mestiere o comunque non a contatto con la gente; ma ho preferito andare via!
Dal momento che il tampone lo pago io ho prenotato in un'altra farmacia di Valeggio dove ho trovato l'educazione che mi aspettavo.

I had the memory of when I lived in Valeggio of an extremely kind and helpful owner towards customers, to my great surprise I found a saleswoman, probably a Doctor, apart from unprepared for the information requested, rude, haughty and certainly unprofessional!
I don't know her name because she had no identification .. brunette with glasses and a non-Valeggiano accent.
I would have liked to advise her to change jobs or at least not in contact with people; but I preferred to go away!
Since I pay for the tampon, I booked in another pharmacy in Valeggio where I found the education I was expecting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo deplorevole, durante una pandemia mondiale, vendere mascherine FPP2 a 1.50 (2 euro quelle per bambini) quando il prezzo sarebbe calmierato a 0.75 centesimi. Certo non c'è l'obbligo di adesione da parte delle farmacie, ma visto che il settore mi sembra tutt'altro che in crisi e le mascherine un obbligo, un gesto di umanità non guasterebbe.
I find it regrettable, during a global pandemic, to sell FPP2 masks for 1.50 (2 euros for children) when the price would have dropped to 0.75 cents. Certainly there is no obligation for pharmacies to join, but given that the sector seems to me anything but in crisis and masks an obligation, a gesture of humanity would not hurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata da loro alle 22.00 per un urgenza notturna in quando era segnata come farmacia di turno.
Ho suonato varie volte in bacheca, provato a chiamere il fisso e perfino un cellulare che suonava a vuoto. Ho aspettato fuori per 10 minuti.
Alla fine mi sono.dovuta recare in un altra farmacia di turno a 20 km.
Vorrei ricordare che il non rispondere alle chiamate é un reato!

In the end I had to go to another pharmacy on duty 20 km away.
I would like to remind you that not answering calls is a crime!
