★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono arrivato in prossimità dell'orario di chiusura (mancava qualche minuto e ho chiamato prima per evitare di dare fastidio). La dottoressa in maniera scortese dice che arriviamo sempre quando devono chiudere. Dispiace non essersi sentito poco bene qualche ora prima così da non arrecare disturbo.
I arrived close to closing time (it was a few minutes away and I called earlier to avoid annoying). The doctor rudely says that we always arrive when they have to close. Sorry not to have felt unwell a few hours before so as not to cause disturbance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La varietà e l ampio assortimento non determinano lo stato di " farmacia di livello" . Parte del personale e delle D.sse sono scorbutici nel relazionarsi con il pubblico (che già entra in Farmacia per questioni non piacevoli legate a patologie o problemi di salute). Affrontano l ondata dei turisti nei mesi estivi come la missione di fermare l orda dei barbari........certamente ognuno di noi eviterebbe di entrare in farmacia se non fosse necessario ed essere accolti con cortesia e con un buongiorno sarebbe più gradevole. A volte ti parlano senza alzare nemmeno lo sguardo ......beati loro
The variety and wide assortment do not determine the status of "top pharmacy". Some of the staff and the D.sse are grumpy in relating to the public (who already enters the Pharmacy for unpleasant issues related to pathologies or health problems). They face the wave of tourists in the summer months as the mission to stop the horde of barbarians ........ certainly each of us would avoid entering the pharmacy if it were not necessary and be greeted with courtesy and a good morning would be more pleasant . Sometimes they talk to you without even looking up ... lucky them
