Whenever I go to the pharmacy, for anything, blood pressure, advice for the sport I do in terms of mineral salts, bars etc. etc. and I have always found qualified and professionally capable staff.

Mi è stato risposto con una certa arroganza che la prima data disponibile sarebbe stata il martedì successivo e che potevo “pensarci prima”. Peccato che dal momento che bisogna farlo al massimo 48 ore prima del volo “pensarci prima” è un po’ difficile cara signora. (Non)Servizio pessimo e scortese.
I went to this pharmacy on Saturday morning to request a quick swab to be able to travel abroad. I was told with some arrogance that the first available date would be the following Tuesday and that I could "think about it first". Too bad that since you have to do it no more than 48 hours before the flight, "think about it first" is a bit difficult dear lady. (Not) Bad and rude service.
