Innanzitutto l'ultima volta ho pagato con la ricetta con l'esenzione un farmaco da €7.17 stranamente €2. Non mi era mai successo. Per l'altra ricetta senza informarmi e chiedere il mio consenso mi hanno dato un farmaco generico di cui mi sono accorta a casa. È un farmaco serio che uso per i bambini. Molto costoso. Tornando hanno detto che non si può fare niente, che così ha deciso la regione e serve la ricetta con la dicitura non sostituibile ecc. Anche se è così è di vitale importanza informare il cliente in modo che può andare magari in un altro comune o rifare la ricetta. Adesso mi trovo con il farmaco non utilizzabile, senza possibilità di rifare la ricetta. Dovrò comprare il farmaco che costa €138,63 a scatola di tasca mia per 2 figli con la legge 104 comma 3, la disabilità grave. Le ricette erano per 4 scatole, per 2 mesi. Non prendono appuntamenti nemmeno a chi hanno venduto il pacchetto e spesso si corre il rischio Di non riuscire a fare il tampone perche' troppa gente. Nonostante all'interno ci lavorano più persone, se vai a fare la spesa al supermercato fai prima. Per servire 2 persone ci mettono anche 20 minuti perché si perdono in chiacchiere. Spesso non si trova quello che si cerca e bisogna prenotarlo, oppure provano a vendere qualche altro prodotto simile.
