★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurden sehr Enttäuscht.Meine Frau hatte für ihr Patenkind ein ferngesteuertes Auto um 28 Euro gekauft.Im Geschäft hieß es auf das Produkt wären 2 Jahre Garantie.Noch am selben Tag fiel an der Fernsteuerung die Antenne herunter.Wir brachten es dann zurück und dort wurde uns gesagt wir können ein neues Gerät bekommen um den halben Preis.Von Garantie war dort nicht mehr die Rede.Wollten mit dem Chef sprechen doch dieser war leider telefonisch nicht erreichbar.Für ein solches Unternehmen das in Südtirol 10 Geschäfte führt einfach nur traurig.Werden hier nichts mehr kaufen.
My wife had bought a remote-controlled car for her godchild for 28 euros. In the shop it was said on the product would be 2 years warranty. On the same day fell on the remote control antenna down. We then brought it back and there was we said we can get a new device for half the price. There was no longer any warranty. Wanted to speak with the boss but unfortunately this was not available by phone. For such a company in South Tyrol 10 stores just sad. Become do not buy anything here anymore.
