★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine wunderschöne Pfarrei in einem schönen Ort. Leider wird seit diesem Jahr mit einer uralten Tradition gebrochen - die Schützenkompanie darf zum Heldengedenktag keine eigene Rede mehr halten. Das ist natürlich eine unfassbare Zensur und mit einer Demokratie unvereinbar.
Gott würde solch ein Verhalten sicherlich nicht dulden, trotzdem hat sich die Pfarrei Vahrn dazu aus ideologischen Gründen entschieden. Sehr bedauerlich. Daher nur ein Stern.
 A beautiful parish in a beautiful place. Unfortunately, an ancient tradition has been broken since this year - the rifle company is no longer allowed to give its own speech on Heroes' Remembrance Day. That is of course an incredible censorship and incompatible with a democracy.
God would certainly not tolerate such behavior, nevertheless the parish of Vahrn decided to do so for ideological reasons. Very sad. Hence only one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola chiesetta di paese posta in cima con panorama aperto sulla valle. Annesso il delizioso cimitero locale con tagliaerba automatico a far da compagnia a chi riposa. Merita una visita il poco distante ristoro.
Small village church at the top with an open view of the valley. Attached is the delightful local cemetery with automatic lawnmower to keep company for those who rest. The nearby restaurant is worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorge solitaria, domina e protegge l'abitato di Varna. L'edificio risale al secolo XII, ampliato nel secolo XV è circondato dal classico cimitero tirolese. Affascinante e pregevole è l'affresco,
posto sul muro di destra, dell'Incoranazione di Maria opera del maestro Leonardo da Bressanone datato 1474. Interessante è il campanile costruito in blocco di granito, copia dealla Torre Bianca di Bressanone. Merita una visita appropriata.
It rises solitary, dominates and protects the town of Varna. The building dates back to the 12th century, expanded in the 15th century and surrounded by the classic Tyrolean cemetery. The fresco is fascinating and valuable.
located on the right wall, of the Coranation of Mary by master Leonardo da Bressanone dated 1474. Interesting is the bell tower built in granite block, a copy of the Torre Bianca of Bressanone. Worth an appropriate visit.
