Arrivo puntuale in concessionaria (abito a 200km da Alba) dove avrei dovuto essere accolto dal venditore Roberto Protto. Il venditore non si è presentato, senza avvisarmi, e l'unico suo collega presente in concessionaria non sapeva nulla. Massima delusione, da questa concessionaria non acquisterei nemmeno una bicicletta....
I booked an appointment with you to view / test a machine on your website. The appointment was confirmed to me several times with mails and messages. I arrive on time at the dealership (I live 200km from Alba) where I should have been greeted by the salesman Roberto Protto. The seller didn't show up, without telling me, and his only colleague at the dealership didn't know anything. Maximum disappointment, from this dealership I would not buy even a bicycle ....
