Rude and presumptuous shop assistants in particular one. I will never come to this store again I will look elsewhere to buy Pandora. Bad staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capisco l'importanza della gioielleria, famosa nella città di Modica, personale gentile e disponibile, però quando sono entrato per un acquisto mi sono sentito fuori luogo e questo ha fatto sì che non sono riuscito a fare l'acquisto desiderato. Peccato. Ha pure un'ubicazione favolosa per attirare anche la potenziale clientela di passaggio.
I understand the importance of jewelry, famous in the city of Modica, kind and helpful staff, but when I entered for a purchase I felt out of place and this meant that I was unable to make the desired purchase. Sin. It also has a fabulous location to attract potential passing customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su internet segna apertura del negozio alle 09.00 ma alle 09.15 non c'è ancora nessuno. Non c'è esibito nessun orario all'esterno, e come al solito ci si ritrova fuori ad attendere che qualcuno si degni ad aprire.
Il problema non è del rivenditore, ma nonostante abbiano comunicato a chi di dovere che l'apertura del negozio al mattino non è alle 09.00 ma bensì alle 09.30.
Perciò ricordate bene apre alle 09.30 e chiude alle 13.00 poi riapre alle 16.00 e richiude alle 20.00 .
Posso dire con tutta onestà di essere stato servito da personale paziente e preparato . Bravi.
On the internet it marks the opening of the shop at 09.00 but at 09.15 there is still no one. There is no time outside, and as usual we find ourselves outside waiting for someone to deign to open.
The problem is not with the retailer, but despite having communicated to those responsible that the opening of the store in the morning is not at 09.00 but rather at 09.30.
So remember it opens at 09.30 and closes at 13.00 then reopens at 16.00 and closes at 20.00.
I can honestly say that I was served by patient and knowledgeable staff. Well done.
