I took my poodle today for the first bath, when I went to pick him up I didn't recognize him: very fragrant, beautiful, not traumatized .... very good. They are very professional, fair prices.

Professionalism, courtesy and competence are certainly the strong points of Pets. Passion for animals and their work are palpable in this environment not to mention the availability. They really are the best! Quality, courtesy, reliability and professionalism. I've been to pet shops and my experiences have all been traumatic for my dog, to say the least. This is the perfect pets shop. I'm from Matera and a shop like this is nowhere to be found!
