Il padre della patria Italia l'autore del canzoniere che scelse di stabilirsi qui per la mitezza del clima e la accoglienza di un popolo nobilissima. Monumento circondato da ristoranti e alberghi per tutti i censi accomunati dalla stessa classica eleganza rinascimentale.
 Very ancient monument that moves in its simple grandeur. The father of Italy, the author of the songbook who chose to settle here for the mildness of the climate and the welcome of a very noble people. Monument surrounded by restaurants and hotels for all censuses sharing the same classic Renaissance elegance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è piaciuto molto il borgo di Arqua Petrarca inserito nei colli Euganei, luogo ameno dove si recupera un po di cultura...che non guasta.
I really liked the village of Arqua Petrarca inserted in the Euganean hills, a pleasant place where you can recover a bit of culture ... which does not hurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ed eccoci qua a raccontarvi un pomeriggio ad Acquà Petrarca.
Siamo nuovamente in Veneto a una manciata di chilometri sia da Este che da Monselice… realmente siamo al centro tra le 2!
Comunque borgo bellissimo e accoglienza enogastronomica davvero ottima.
Segnaliamo 2 tappe da fare:
1. L’Enoteca di Arquà per un’aperitovo davvero speciale( prendere anche lo spritz euganego fatto con le giuggiole);
2. L’osteria del gueriero ed ordinate vigili al torchio con ragù di anatra.
In entrambi i casi annaffiate tutto con ottimo SERPRINO DOC.
And here we are to tell you about an afternoon in Acquà Petrarca.
We are again in Veneto a few kilometers from both Este and Monselice ... we are really in the center between 2am!
However, a beautiful village and really excellent food and wine hospitality.
We report 2 steps to take:
1. The Arquà Enoteca for a very special aperitovo (also take the euganego spritz made with jujubes);
2. The tavern of the gueriero and order brigade at the press with duck sauce.
In both cases, water everything with excellent SERPRINO DOC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The town is beautiful but perhaps the citizens should appreciate a lot more their town and not lay back. Majority of activities do very little effort in making tourists experience unique. Petrarca deserves a lot more attention and during weekends the place should run on continuous timing....rather than stopping for lunch break! It is a shame to see the place closed during peak time just because who runs the opening hours should be laid back and use comfortable timing.....for themselves!!! Dropped by 2 times and in all occasions the house is closed during tourist comfortable timing! Thumb down absolutely!
