Gli spazi verdi sono stati sempre trascurati al punto tale di essere quasi abbandonati e solo negli ultimi anni si nota un netto miglioramento. Manca una piazza centrale dove potersi ritrovare . Io provvederemo alla piantumazione di alberi di alto fusto gia grandi in maniera da ridurre il surriscaldamento e permettere alle persone di poter camminare anche nelle ore calde. Un esempio è il marciapiede fatto in direzione penna in teverina( cosa costava piantare degli da fusto) ma se la mentalità è bieca non ci si può far nulla. C'è un asilo nido una scuola dell'infanzia,parco giochi, bar, pizzeria ristorante, panificio, parafarmacia, palestra, supermercati Eurospin, Conad,tabaccheria, edicola, libreria, parrucchieri,negozio vendita articoli per cani e gatti ecc. Sportelli bancari, farmacie, Poste sono presenti ad Orte scalo ed Orte ma non nel quartiere Petignano. Expanding district with newly built buildings about 2 km from the A1 motorway exit. È un quartiere sereno, non toccato dal traffico urbano ed interurbano, dove si può investire per vivere in serenità. La popolazione, vive in tranquillità ed è ben servita da attività ristoratrice. Putroppo, la contingente situazione dovuta alla Pandemia, limita la possibilità di sfruttare al massimo la disponibilità per il popolo "petignanese".
