Ho messo 4 stelle e non 5 perché il personale è un po’ scortese, i fiori sono di altissima qualità ed il costo bassissimo. Ci tornerò sicuramente. I ordered a flower bouquet from this shop as soon as I saw it I fell in love with it, the care and details are simply unique. I put 4 stars and not 5 because the staff is a bit rude, the flowers are of the highest quality and the cost is very low. I will definitely be back.

Purtroppo è la seconda volta che ho a che fare con un'altra persona, forse una dipendente, scortese e incompetente. Oggi sono entrata e ho chiesto dei fiori per una ricorrenza particolare, aspettando il mio turno. La persona in questione stava spazzando il negozio. Dopo un po' mi ha chiesto, sempre spazzando, se avessi bisogno di qualcosa. Ho detto che avevo bisogno di fiori come regalo per una cerimonia. Mi ha proposto una comune orchidea a prezzi esagerati. Ho chiesto qualcos'altro. È sparita e mi sono accorta che aveva ripreso a spazzare, mi ha proposto frettolosamente una pianta. Ho obiettato che avevo chiesto dei fiori e non una pianta. Per tutta risposta mi ha detto che di fiori ne sarebbero certamente arrivati altri... Insomma:voglia di lavorar saltami addosso, comportamento con il cliente meno di zero, capacità di vendita non ne parliamo... Ovviamente ho girato i tacchi e me ne sono andata. Peccato.....
