Valeria ci teneva aggiornati tramite sms e foto, ottimo servizio a buon prezzo! Le iniziative sono meritevoli peccato che il personale,a volte,sia un po' indisponente specialmente quando le persone passano sul marciapiede con il proprio cane. Gli dicono che non possono passare e di cambiare strada ?. A volte fanno valutazioni telefoniche senza aver conosciuto il cane a cui dovrebbero essere d'aiuto. Abbiamo adottato un cane di 3 anni che ha vissuto sin da piccolo in canile quindi con il suo carattere introverso e a volte, per noi, difficile da capire. Valeria e il suo staff ci hanno seguito e insegnato come comunicare e quindi renderci la convivenza molto più armoniosa. Il luogo dove ci di incontra è uno splendido campo d'addestramento curato e pulito con un comodo parcheggio adiacente. Le lezioni sia individuali che i focus che abbiamo fatto sono risultati professionali e divertenti. Consiglio a chiunque voglia migliorare il rapporto con il suo amore peloso. We are finding ourselves very well. We have adopted a 3-year-old dog who has lived in a kennel since childhood, therefore with his introverted character and at times, for us, difficult to understand. Valeria and her staff followed us and taught us how to communicate and thus make our coexistence much more harmonious. The place where he meets us is a splendid, well-kept and clean training camp with a convenient adjacent parking lot. The individual lessons and the focuses we did were professional and fun. L'abbiamo inizialmente contattata perchè il nostro cagnolone tirava al guinzaglio come un trattore e il primo incontro si è infatti incentrato su questa problematica, però poi abbiamo scoperto che potevamo svolgere anche molte altre attività divertenti, come la ricerca olfattiva o le classi di socializzazione che stiamo appunto iniziando a sperimentare. Valeria è sempre molto gentile e disponibile, ogni volta che abbiamo un incontro per una nuova attività ci spiega in dettaglio di cosa si tratta e quali saranno i benefici per il cane e per il rapporto tra noi e lui come "squadra". Super-consigliata! We met Valeria a few months ago and we had a great time right away. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta dell'esperienza, ho imparato molto e mi ha permesso di conoscere meglio il mio cane. Consiglio questa esperienza a tutti, anche a chi non ha mai avuto "problemi" in area cani. I participated in a "focus in the dog area" meeting, focused on understanding the dog's behavior in relationships with peers without a leash and on how to manage any uncomfortable situations. I was very satisfied with the experience, I learned a lot and it allowed me to get to know my dog better. I recommend this experience to everyone, even those who have never had "problems" in the dog area.
