★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prezzi sono nella media ma ci sono negozi più vantaggiosi. Vi è meno organizzazione del negozio rispetto agli altri nei vari luoghi della regione.
La commessa non è gentile e non la trovo professionale. Piuttosto scortese e sbrigativa. Non lo consiglio.
Prices are average but there are more favorable shops. There is less organization of the store than others in the various places in the region.
The order is not kind and I don't find it professional. Rather rude and hasty. I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo dare questa recensione molto negativa per colpa solo di parte del personale (presumo responsabile ordini), nonostante che altra parte del personale invece paia decisamente più disponibile, preparato, disponibile e "puntuale".
Mi sono sentito letteralmente preso in giro, oltre che restare senza il "solito cibo secco" per i miei cani (con necessità particolari).
Tutto evitabile parlando chiaro e concordando col sottoscritto eventuali variazioni preventivamente.
Mi rivolgerò altrove per i miei acquisti, ove c'è maggior sincerità e professionalità.
Notificherò il tutto via PEC.
Unfortunately, I have to give this very negative review because of only part of the staff (I presume order manager), despite the fact that other part of the staff seems decidedly more available, prepared, available and "punctual".
I literally felt fooled, as well as being without the "usual dry food" for my dogs (with special needs).
All avoidable by speaking clearly and agreeing with the undersigned any changes in advance.
I will turn elsewhere for my purchases, where there is greater sincerity and professionalism.
I will notify everything via PEC.

It depends on the saleswoman ... the saleswoman on 23/07 afternoon earned the fifth star ... competent, empathetic, courteous to long-time customers who sometimes think of leaving the shop.

Il vantaggio però è che è aperto al Lunedì
