It reminded me of being at my gym from home. Even though I spoke no Italian everyone there was so welcoming and friendly. It made me wish I had more time in Ostuni. The coaching was excellent. At the beginning of the class theh would go over what the workouts with everyone. It involved basic movements to warm up, then the WOD. The movements involved were demonstrated and they made sure to show any scaling options. All the equipment was very good. I was especially impressed with the olympic lifting bars.
