Comunque non preoccupatevi, se avete problemi vi basta andare al loro ufficio. Ho trovato in questa azienda competenza, professionalità, disponibilità e indubbia qualità. I decided to buy a house from Pesenti after almost 2 years of research. I found in this company competence, professionalism, availability and undoubted quality. My house has comfortable and well-exploited spaces, large windows and open and closed spaces that allow me to feel almost "on vacation" all year round. The company has always responded transparently to all my questions and after more than 1 year in which I live in their "CASA DOLCE CASA" I can only confirm my choice .... everything that was competently shown to me during the purchase (including energy savings, technical and plant details, as well as general comfort) has found total confirmation in everyday life. They also helped me, free of charge, both in the mortgage evaluation phase and in the interior decoration. absolutely recommended!
