Al nostro arrivo in aeroporto non abbiamo trovato l'autista che ci attendeva.
Dopo diverse telefonate siamo riusciti ( CON MOLTA FATICA ) a contattare il responsabile,.L'autista è arrivato con in aeroporto dopo 30 minuti.
L'auto era datata e molto sporca ,con un odore di fumo al quanto insopportabile per i miei bambini.
Peccato.... in quanto ci era stato consigliato da Gardaland Hotel
Used this taxi service during the Christmas holidays.
Upon our arrival at the airport we did not find the driver waiting for us.
After several calls we managed (VERY FATIGUE) to contact the manager,. The driver arrived with at the airport after 30 minutes.
The car was dated and very dirty, with an odor of smoke that was unbearable for my children.
Too bad .... as it was recommended to us by Gardaland Hotel

Posso fare i complimenti per la professionalità e puntualità, nonostante abbiamo cambiato due vote orario dell'appuntamento per questioni organizzative all'ultimo momento sono riusciti ad essere puntualissimi rispondendo immediatamente a tutte le email. Lo consiglio al 100% e di sicuro se torneremo ci rivolgeremo a loro.
We enjoyed it for three days at different times. I can congratulate you on the professionalism and punctuality, despite the fact that we changed the time of the appointment twice for organizational reasons at the last moment they managed to be very punctual by replying immediately to all emails. I recommend it 100% and for sure if we come back we will contact them.
