Ma questa (famosa? ) pescheria ha un plus: è piacevolmente scenografica e il 'frontman' gentile ed empatico tiene bene in mano il business e dove i clienti paiono in confidenza da lunga data. Interessante pure lo spin-off al Puntone di Scarlino dove mi sono goduto in passato qualche piacevolezza cucinata sul momento. --- In quel mercato coperto c'è anche una parte verdura-frutta altrettanto fornita e molto... colorata che si spera anche di prodotti a chilometro zero visti i dintorni con serre e annaffiature permanenti. Certo è che quei fiori di zucca avevano colori alla... Van Gogh, e che saranno deliziosi se fritti con garbo. I don't like the smell of fish, I only like to taste it sometimes, especially if I can convince myself that it is fresh, perhaps without mercury or if farmed without antibiotics. But this (famous?) Fish shop has a plus: it is pleasantly scenic and the kind and empathetic 'frontman' holds the business well in hand and where customers seem to be in long-term confidence. Also interesting is the spin-off at Puntone di Scarlino where I enjoyed in the past some pleasure cooked on the spot. --- In that covered market there is also a vegetable-fruit part that is equally well stocked and very ... colored, which hopefully also includes zero-kilometer products given the surroundings with greenhouses and permanent watering. What is certain is that those courgette blossoms had Van Gogh colors, and that they will be delicious if fried graciously.
