Hanno cambiato location nel tempo, mantenendo costante, anzi migliorando, la qualità dei prodotti e dei servizi resi. Cortesi, professionali, onesti, sempre estremamente forniti, continuano a compiacere la clientela attraverso la serietà e lo scrupolo con cui svolgono il proprio lavoro. Munifici, spesso, anche di preziosi consigli di cucina su come preparare e servire in tavola i loro prodotti, sono diventati ormai un sicuro punto di riferimento, in città, per chi voglia consumare pesce dalle caratteristiche organolettiche elevate. Li ho visti perfino sottrarre alla vendita, a fine giornata, anche in presenza di clienti occasionali, eventuali rimanenze di pescato non in linea con i loro standard abituali. Complimenti davvero! A mio giudizio, non c'è paragone con la concorrenza ... e non mi pare secondario l'aspetto relativo ai prezzi praticati: mi sembrano ottimi. La signora al banco ci ha detto che non serviva alcuna prenotazione perché le avremmo trovate sicuramente. Mia moglie ha proposto anche di dare un acconto per essere certi di trovare i molluschi. La signora ha insistito di non preoccuparci. Questa mattina h.10,00 siamo andati ed era finito tt. Abbiamo girato tt Latina e dintorni ma nn siamo riusciti a trovare nulla. Quindi con 10 invitati serali abbiamo dovuto ns malgrado cambiare menù La mia recinsione è pessima, gente inaffidabile e scorretta..non metterò mai più piede in questa pescheria Ten days ago we went to this fish market to order clams and mussels for Christmas Eve.
