Diverse volte ho ordinato il pesce al telefono e quando sono arrivata il pesce era stato venduto ad altri. La signora che gestisce le telefonate e le ordinazioni dimentica puntualmente di trasferirle al banco. Le mascherine per tutti gli addetti dietro il banco e alla cassa sempre abbassate o sotto il mento. Altri tempi quando il negozio era gestito da Tino. Non avete rispetto per i clienti ! Peccato per il pesce ma la gestione è fondamentale.
Absolute lack of correctness and professionalism in the management of orders. Several times I have ordered fish over the phone and when I arrived the fish had been sold to others. The lady who handles the phone calls and orders promptly forgets to transfer them to the counter. The masks for all employees behind the counter and at the checkout always lowered or under the chin. Other times when the shop was run by Tino. You have no respect for customers! Too bad for the fish but management is essential.
