Il Titolare molto disponibile mi ha spiegato che non c’era pesce fresco perché le barche non uscivano da 4 giorni per il Maltempo e comunque il gambero va abbattuto prima quindi mi ha consigliato di acquistare la partita dell’ultima pesca di 4 giorni fa garantendomi che sarebbero stati ottimi. Aveva ragione! Dolcissimi e carnosi ci siamo fatti una scorpacciata di gamberi rossi sia crudi che alla griglia.
