★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato delle vongole il 30 dicembre. Erano piene di fango ed avevano un sapore orribile. Sopravvalutato perché le persone non conoscono il pesce: fresco non è l'unico parametro. Di allevamento è un altro, del mediterraneo o dell'oceano e un altro. Chi sa cosa sono i pesci non vi torna una seconda volta.
I bought some clams on December 30th. They were full of mud and tasted awful. Overrated because people don't know fish: fresh isn't the only parameter. Breeding is another, Mediterranean or ocean and another. Who knows what fish are does not come back a second time.
