La simpatia e la bravura di Padre e Figlio aggiungono valore alle mie esigenze, dalla scelta degli esemplari, alla pulizia delle carni. Ora anche il mio valore di cuoco in famiglia si è rivalutato, solo profumi e niente conservanti: Alalunga, Spada, Spatola, Totani, Polipi, Gamberi, Merluzzi e Spigole ecc....Kaimano preparati, la notte sta calando lascia gli ormeggi e ci rivediamo domattina.
