E	Eros Razzano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immaginate un piccolo locale in una frazione di un capoluogo di provincia, Latina. La piccola frazione si chiama Borgo Santa Maria. Si trova lì una pescheria che decide di affiancare alla vendita di pesce fresco una cucina, friggitoria, ristorante. Il locale si chiama "Pesce magno" e si mangia splendidamente. Pochi coperti, immagino una ventina, i tavolini vicini al banco con il pesce fresco: tonno, pesce spada, meluzzi, saraghi, calamari e... chi ne ha più ne metta. Al momento dell'ordinazione, il gestore, gentilissimo, porta due lavagnette scritte con il gesso. Su una I piatti del giorni: 2/3 tipi di antipasti, altrettanti primi, 5/6 secondi piatti. Sull'altra lavagnetta marche di vino (Lungarotti, su tutte), una diecina, di ottima qualità e uno straordinario rapporto qualità/prezzo. Un assaggio di tempura è il benvenuto offerto del locale. Quando arrivano gli spaghetti alle vongole, la bontà di quanto gusti fa già comprendere che si è arrivati al posto giusto se si vuole mangiar bene. Per secondo prendiamo alici fritte e una frittura di calamari e gamberi, sopraffine, leggere e gustose, e tornano in mente le gioie di un bambino goloso che amava solo il pesce fritto. Una fetta di cheese cake, in porzione gigante, completa il tutto. Un Locale dove tornare (e ritornare) per mangiare pesce freschissimo a prezzi popolari. There is a fish shop that decides to add a kitchen, fryer, restaurant to the sale of fresh fish. The place is called "Pesce magno" and is eaten splendidly. Few place settings, I guess about twenty, the tables near the counter with fresh fish: tuna, swordfish, meluzzi, sea bream, squid and ... whoever has more. When ordering, the very kind manager brings two slates written in chalk. On a dish of the day: 2/3 types of appetizers, as many first courses, 5/6 second courses. On the other blackboard wine brands (Lungarotti, above all), a dozen, of excellent quality and an extraordinary quality / price ratio. A taste of tempura is the welcome offered by the restaurant. When spaghetti with clams arrive, the goodness of what they taste already makes you understand that you have come to the right place if you want to eat well. For a second we take fried anchovies and a fry of squid and prawns, superfine, light and tasty, and the joys of a greedy child who loved only fried fish come to mind. Mi ha soddisfatto più il primo piatto che l'antipasto, molto buona anche la frittura. Where you do not expect it there is this interesting solution for lunch.
