Il personale altamente preparato, riesce a consigliare in base all'evento o ricorrenza componendo un menù ad hoc sempre vario e costantemente aggiornato in base alle stagioni e ai periodi di pesca.
Il mare portato gentilmente in tavola da chi il mare ce l'ha "dentro" da generazioni...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato del pesce già pronto una delusione in quanto salato forse per nascondere qualcosa che non andava? O semplicemente perché non saputo preparare? Sicuramente quando ci tornerò comprerò del pesce che poi cucinero' a casa.
I bought some ready-made fish a disappointment as it is salty perhaps to hide something wrong? Or simply because they didn't know how to prepare? Surely when I go back I will buy some fish which I will cook at home.
