M	Marmi Marini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cambiato diversi corrieri, il problema con gli altri era che su 10 colli ne rompevano 2 poi meglio non parlare della comunicazione e assistenza che ha bisogno una azienda, questi fin ora sono serii!!! curano la merce e con la telefonata al cliente per preavviso consegna i problemi sono zero!! sono 6 mesi che collaboro con loro e non mai avuto nessun problema. Per fino i miei clienti mi fatto i complimenti, perchè hanno un sistema di lavoro che punta sul arrivo integno della merce, e non come gli altri che tirano la merce! Complimenti veramente!!! Consigliatissimo alle Aziende che cercano un corriere serio. Capisco che è natale ma se un cliente ti chiama e ti chiede notizie del suo pacco che sono 3 giorni che metti in consegna e non arriva vuoi avere la decenza di rispondere con educazione! Fanno pure gli spiritosi e ti augurano buona fortuna ,oppure ti rispondono in malomodo dicendo se lo vuoi vieni a prenderlo. Veramente servizio pessimo 1 star because 0 cannot be given. I understand that it is Christmas but if a customer calls you and asks you for news of his package which are 3 days you put on delivery and it does not arrive, you want to have the decency to respond politely! They are also witty and wish you good luck, or they answer badly by saying if you want it, come and get it. Really bad service
