Fabio e dei suoi collaboratori.. ci siamo affidati a loro in un periodo non facile anche per via del COVID e devo dire che in ogni momento mi hanno aiutato è supportato in tutto. Ed infine con loro abbiamo realizzato il nostro sogno ed abbiamo acquistato la casa che da sempre desideravamo! Grazie ancora a Fabio per la sua estrema cordialità! I had an excellent experience with this agency, I can truly confirm the professionalism of the owner Mr. Fabio and his collaborators .. we relied on them in a difficult period also because of the COVID and I must say that in every moment they helped me and supported in everything. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho venduto a febbraio 2022 un mini appartamento con questa agenzia mi sono trovata benissimo sempre precisi e puntuali a dare risposte alle mie domande persone molto professionali e soprattutto Michela sempre disponibile dato che per motivi di distanza dal Friuli le ho dovuto chiedere diversi favori anche personali... consigliatissimo per chi come me vuole vendere e affidarsi a persone competenti.
I sold a mini apartment with this agency in February 2022, I found myself very well always precise and punctual in giving answers to my questions very professional people and above all Michela always available since for reasons of distance from Friuli I had to ask her for various favors, including personal ones. .. highly recommended for those like me who want to sell and rely on competent people.

Per poter riuscirci meglio in questa nostra avventura, eravamo in contatto con diverse agenzie immobiliari e diversi agenti ma senza sucesso alcuno, fin che non abbiamo incontrato il sig. Perugini. Professionale, preparatissimo, cordiale a punto giusto e veramente un mediatore tra le due parti. È stato un piacere lavorare con lui e con i suoi collaboratori.
Raccomando vivamente questa agenzia e spero che almeno una parte di questa professionalità, interesse e l'amore verso il proprio lavoro possano trovare anche altre agenzie e altri agenti che spesso si preoccupano solo ed esclusivamente della loro comissione.
In the last 8 months we have dealt with many real estate agencies in the area. We had to sell our apartment and buy a new one. It was really difficult to fit everything together. In order to be able to do this better in our adventure, we were in contact with different real estate agencies and different agents but without any success, until we met Mr. Perugini. Professional, very well prepared, cordial to the right point and truly a mediator between the two parties. It was a pleasure to work with him and his collaborators.
I highly recommend this agency and I hope that at least a part of this professionalism, interest and love for one's work can also find other agencies and other agents who often care only and exclusively about their commission.
