★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo amministratore molto anziano che va avanti solo per inerzia; non ha competenze del mercato immobiliare e delle nuove normative in campo di risparmio energetico per rendere la gestione dell'immobile economicamente ed ecologicamente più sostenibile. Non è possibile consultare on line i documenti della gestione come avviene con gli amministratori moderni e non antiquati. Le segretarie sono scostanti e non collaborative: Il loro motto è " voglia di lavorare saltami addosso!" :-)
 Bad administrator very old who goes on only by inertia; it does not have the expertise of the real estate market and new regulations in the field of energy saving to make the management of the building economically and ecologically more sustainable. It is not possible to consult the management documents online as it happens with modern and not antiquated administrators. The secretaries are unfriendly and non-collaborative: their motto is "the desire to work jump on me!" :-)
