Consigliatissimo non solo per programmi di dimagrimento e tonificazione ma anche in caso di ginnastica posturale. Very professional and serious person. Ti trasmette tanta forza e determinazione nel raggiungere l'obiettivo . Ho fatto un mese e ho riscontrato grandi risultati e sono CONTENTISSIMA di ciò che ho ottenuto spero di ricominciare al più presto con lui perché ne vale veramente la pena . Ti spiega tutto con precisione .. e ti rispiega l'esercizio affinché venga fatto nel migliore dei modi ..perché è come se si allenasse lui . È in grado di far cambiare completamente stile di vita .. nel senso che entri in un 'ottica salutare assolutamente non drastica . Riesce a trasmettere la sua passione anche a chi, come me, è più pigro. I suoi allenamenti sono sempre adeguati alla situazione, agli obiettivi e alle caratteristiche fisiche della persona. Ti segue sempre passo per passo, individuando i punti deboli e le potenzialità per costruire insieme la strada giusta per i risultati! Eccellente struttura e igiene 10 e lode!! Leggendo le recensioni che hanno fatto altri prima di me non mi stupisce vedere solo ed esclusivamente giudizi positivi, perchè Sergio è veramente così. Oltre ad essere un professionista preparatissimo nel suo settore è una persona seria, disponibile e che mette a proprio agio con la sua simpatia ed ironia. Per lui non conta che stia allenando un amico come me o uno sconosciuto che vede per la prima volta, quello che conta è raggiungere l'obiettivo...ma senza stress! Personalmente due mesi fa ho cominciato ad allenarmi con lui e posso dire di aver raggiunto il mio obiettivo ma soprattutto di averlo fatto senza quasi accorgermene. Quindi a chi fosse interessato consiglio di provare a fare qualche allenamento con lui e sono sicuro che non potrà più farne a meno! A brotherly friendship binds me to Sergio and I could seem biased in expressing an opinion on him.
