★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emanuele è un grande professionista ed una persona umanamente eccezionale. È il mio trainer da più di due anni e non cambierei per nulla al mondo. È un professionista sempre molto attento, cura ogni suo assistito come fosse l'unico.
Mi ha aiutato da tutti i punti di vista, fisico, psicologico e motivazionale. Poco tempo fa avevo un fisico compromesso da stress, un grosso trauma al ginocchio e 15 anni di sedentaria vita davanti al computer. Oggi sono una persona diversa, anche se non ho ambizioni atletiche da professionista posso dire di sentirmi un buon atleta amatoriale, e sono passato dallo sperare di non avere più mal di schiena alla preparazione atletica per la mezza maratona.

 Emanuele is a great professional and a humanly exceptional person. He's been my trainer for over two years and I wouldn't trade for anything in the world. He is a professional who is always very attentive, caring for each of his clients like he was the only one.
It helped me from all points of view, physical, psychological and motivational. Not long ago I had a physical body compromised by stress, a big knee injury and 15 years of sedentary life in front of the computer. Today I am a different person, even if I do not have athletic ambitions as a professional I can say that I feel like a good amateur athlete, and I went from hoping to have no more back pain to athletic training for the half marathon.

Ti coinvolge e ti stravolge al punto tale da modificare le tue convinzioni, le tue abitudini e soprattutto i tuoi limiti. Inoltre mi ha aiutato a gestire in modo più corretto la dieta e le integrazioni alimentari che sono la parte più importante dell'allenamento.
Anche se a volte quando vediamo insieme la scheda con i nuovi esercizi o facciamo un circuito funzionale vorrei piangere e prenderlo a parole, alla fine gli sforzi fatti mi danno sempre grandi risultati. Grazie a Emanuele ora mi guardo allo specchio soddisfatto, a distanza di nemmeno un anno!
